How much is the rates for the required levels?

What are the other necessity fees that needs to be paid upfront?

How to register for a tuition class?

All you need to do is just whatsapp us at 90999836 and ask for the class timings. Followed up by paying your full payment (Include: 1 month deposit, registration fees, material fees as well as the first 4 lesson fees) on the first day your child attend the lesson.
How do we collect the fees every month?

All fees have to be paid in advance by cash or Paylah. A late charge of $50 will be imposed for any late payment after 2 reminders.
Will there be lessons on Public Holidays?

Lessons will still be on going unless requested by parents and if the class is agreeable to another timing
Will there be any one-off trial lessons?

No, we do not conduct any one-off trial lessons.
Will there be any lessons on school holidays?

Yes, lesson as per usual.
Will there be any extra lessons nearing the exam?

Extra lessons will only be conducted upon request from the students/students parents. Extra lessons slots will only be based on a first come first serve basis.
What do we do if we would like to terminate the tuition?

You will need to notify the centre at least 4 weeks in advance. Any failure to do so, you will not get back your 1 month deposit that has been paid during the registration. We seek your understanding as your class size are kept small to ensure quality learning for all students.
What if you miss any lessons?

If you are sick and you miss a lesson, you are required to produce your Medical Certificate (MC) in order for you to have a make up. Failure to produce medical certificate, there will be no refund and no pro-rating of fees.
What if I am late for class?

There will be no make-up time given unless with valid reasons as we have back to back classes. We seek your understanding as we ensure quality learning for each and everyone.
Who are the tutors teaching in Mathletics Learning Centre?

There will only be 1 tutor , Ms Christina, teaching for all classes from Primary school to Secondary school. She has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and only specialized in Mathematics. Her qualifications has brought many students to acheive their goals and is very particular about disciplining her students to become a better acheiving person.
Does the tutor customize her teaching style based on your children's needs?

Yes, she will be focusing on your child needs. She has taught many different kind of special needs students as well and is very patient and understanding
